1. Public Hearing on the site plan application for the redevelopment of the former United Hospital site 2. Public hearing to consider the advisability of adopting a Local Law amending Chapter 345 of the Code of the Village of Port Chester imposing a temporary development moratorium on land use review and approval regarding projects and applications with a residential component, be they existing or proposed, for properties in the CD-4 General Urban Character District 3. Public Hearing to consider the application by 67 Purdy Avenue LLC. for an exemption/waiver from the CD-4 Moratorium 4. Public Hearing to consider the application by PC 301 Realty LLC. for an exemption/waiver from the CD-4 Moratorium 5. Public Hearing to prohibit the relocation of any garbage litter, recyclables, refuse, rubbish or yard rubbish from one property in or out of the Village of Port Chester to another property in the village for municipal collection and to impose a targeted penalty for a violation 6. Public Hearing to consider the advisability of adopting a local law amending the Code of the Village of Port Chester, Chapter 275, "Solid Waste" to prohibit dumping in storm drains and catch basins and provide for a targeted penalty for a violation and amending Chapter 5 "Appearance Tickets," to support broader enforcement effort.

Approving Intermunicipal Agreement with Westchester County for the Youth Bureau’s 2022 Summer Youth Employment Program for ages 16 to 24 from families with low and moderate incomes 3. Budget Amendment – FY2022-23 General Fund – 2022 Summer TANF Youth Employment Program 4. Authorizing Village of Port Chester to submit the WIIA grant application and The Village Manager to sign the WIIA grant application and a funding agreement with NYSEFC 5. Award of RFP 2022-06 Professional Engineering & Planning Consulting Services 6. Approving Inter-municipal Agreement with Westchester County - Municipal Youth Bureau Funding Contract for vehicle purchase and program expenses 7. Establish Capital Project #2022-253 (Vehicle – Youth Services) 8. Budget Amendment – FY2022-23 General Fund – Use of DEA Funds for Police Department Service Equipment
